As we provide care to infants and children, we continually endeavor to build relationships with the families we serve, provide education and anticipatory guidance appropriate to the age of the child, prevent illness, evaluate and treat acute and chronic diseases, and prevent complications.

As we care for a child over the time, and learn that child's unique genetic, biologic, environmental and psychosocial profile, we look to the future, and consider what this child's health will be like as an adult.

Our vision is that when a young adult graudates from the care of a pediatric health provider to the care of an adult primary care provider, he or she will enjoy the best possible state of physical, psychological, and spiritual health.
